For this project, my studio worked with WebAssign to redesign the user experience for a student using the online learning site. The project involved analyzing the current interface, scenario mapping, creating a user task flow, wire-framing, developing a personality lens, and user testing. For the first portion, we worked in small groups to ideate on the future interface. We also gave WebAssign a personality lens to guide the new design. Our interface gained the personality of Neil. Neil otherwise known as the New Educational Interactive Learning system, took the otherwise isolated experience of online learning and generated an individually tailored experience.
